Presented in excellent condition, this Gretsch Full Range Hammered Brass snare drum is all original, fitted with a new Remo Ambassador coated batter head and ready to perform.
The drum features a 1.2 mm hammered brass shell, delivering balanced power, dark harmonic complexity, and a controlled, focused response. The hammered finish reduces unwanted overtones, resulting in a crisp, articulate, and powerful snare sound with exceptional projection.
Equipped with die-cast hoops and a 10-lug configuration, this snare offers enhanced tuning stability and overtone control, while reinforcing its bold, professional aesthetic. The shell is cut with a 30-degree bearing edge and paired with Gretsch’s adjustable throw-off, allowing for quick and precise tonal adjustments with added warmth and sensitivity.
